Contestants who wish to utilize a professional hair and/or makeup artist during pageant weekend must pay the Hair & Makeup Artist Access Fee.
IMPORTANT: This fee does NOT include hair or makeup services and is NOT payment to a hair or makeup artist.Contestants are responsible for hiring, scheduling, and paying their approved artist separately.
The Access Fee covers the additional costs incurred by the State Organization to accommodate professional hair and makeup artists, including dedicated preparation space, additional room and facility expenses, artist access, coordination, and other operational costs.
All hair and makeup artists must be approved in advance by the State Organization. Payment of the Access Fee does not guarantee approval of a specific artist. Only artists who have received approval from the State Organization will be permitted access to contestant preparation areas.
Contestants who choose to complete their own hair and makeup and do not utilize an outside hair or makeup artist are not required to pay this fee.
