Executive State Director

Troy is an entrepreneur, mental health advocate, motivational speaker, and has been active in the pageant industry for 15 years. He has won an international title himself and is the current 2023/2024 Mr. Gay World. Also, he is a pageant coach and stylist who has worked with several state and national title holders. Known for his unique styling and coaching techniques, Troy works closely with prominent fashion designers and pageant shops across the globe.

Assistant Director

Katie is a graduate from the University of Alaska Southeast. She has been apart of the Alaskan pageant community since 2015. Over the past 7 years she has focused on educating Alaskans on eating disorders. As an anorexia survivor she assists young women in recovery and prevention. Katie was Miss Alaska Sweetheart 2021 and is the inaugural Miss Alaska Volunteer. She plans to continue her work in the pageant community as a director after her year of service.

Board Member

LPC, LMHC, NCC, CDC II holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelors of Arts from Hardin Simmons University. She is a practicing Clinical Therapist that also holds board positions as the Vice President of the Alaska EMDR Network and serves on the Alaska State Board of LPCs appointed by the Governor.

She has been a part of the Alaskan pageant community since 2020 when her daughter first started competing and holds the title of the Inaugural Alaska Teen Volunteer. As a strong advocate for teens and young adults Rachel quickly became active in supporting those involved in the pageant system as a means to promote healthy self-acceptance and confidence. It is not uncommon to find Rachel encouraging and helping our Volunteers in multiple areas of life.
